Alison’s true colors really shone through though the week of the wedding. Hurricane Ian, a category 1 hurricane was forecast to hit Kiawah Island on our wedding day. This created a huge amount of stress and angst but Alison rolled her sleeves up and worked day and night to ensure we could have the wedding we had planned. She remained calm and collected and was so pragmatic throughout the process. As a bride who saw everything I’d planned start to unravel she kept me totally grounded. She went so far beyond her reach of wedding planner.
